This was Introduced late 2023, and is a new type of alcohol made from Maple Sap. It is very unique in taste and does not fit any category of liquor that currently exists. Due to its unique nature, this was sent to the SFWS Competition as a Vodka, which admittedly it does not fit.. however it did receive a medal which is very telling as to its quality. Hopefully we can get a new category added to these competitions to avoid products like this getting evaluated as something it is not.
