Our Process
Products are made and packaged on
site from local corn and spring water.
The spring water comes from multiple
old coal mines hand dug in the 1930’s.
The water from the mines is high in
mineral content and excellent to drink.
The water is ideal for distilling with a
PH of 6.8.
The water system was custom built by MannCave and the water is gravity fed from the springs to the water storage building then to the distillery. The water goes through a complex filtration system to ensure the purity and taste.
We are environmentally conscious!
Our distilling process is very extensive, each product must go through multiple distillations until it meets the MannCave taste profile before it can be bottled. We want our products to be enjoyed fully from the first sip to the last drop.
If we don’t like it, we don’t bottle it.
The distilled corn Mash is processed through a solid-liquid separator to separate spent corn from the water. The corn then goes to the wildlife and farm animals in the area. Effectively; there is no waste from our distilling process.
