The still is installed and wired up, This took a lot of effort by a lot of people, to include Kings Electric, Woodberry Integration, and my family.
December 15, 2018 We are OPEN!
It was a long time coming, but we were finally able to open our doors. We got our last permit from the state of WV on December 14, allowing us to actually open.. Unfortunately no one really knew but that is ok..
February 2019
On February 2, We had a grand opening with the Chamber of Commerce of Lewis County. The turnout was great and people were really impressed with what we had done!During the grand opening, we had a lot of people at the distillery!
The ribbon cutting was an experience! A lot of people showed up to this, and we had a great time.
Would have been cool to have had the still running at this point, but the risk of someone getting burned was too high with so many in the room.
Parking?
Our parking lot was really full for the grand opening! Even with the snow!
Bigger Lot!
We have expanded the parking lot since the grand opening. We added over 100 tons of gravel and extended the area by 1/3
Late February 2019
Building is almost done except for a few finishing touches. Now we need to concentrate on getting our product out to customers and stores in the state.
