Tasting Notes: Bold on the nose, smooth on the palate, bright citrusy notes, and a sweet finish.
2022 Silver MannCave Moonshine
Tasting Notes: A pleasant moonshine with tangerine and floral flavors, but the ABV doesn’t amplify the flavors and seems to hide redeeming qualities. Distillers note: we did not add anything to the corn based moonshine, the flavors came from the distillation of the corn.
2022 Silver MannCave Black Raspberry Vodka
Tasting Notes: A balanced and mellow vodka with a nice amount of sweetness, but missing berry on the aromas.
2022 Bronze MannCave Rum
Tasting Notes: Earthy aromatics and tropical flavors, but a quick finish with not much texture.
